JEREMY SPRAGUE
Founder and CEO
Jeremy Sprague is a seasoned law enforcement officer and fire service veteran with extensive experience in critical incidents. Throughout his career, he has served as a patrol officer, detective, hostage/crisis negotiator, commander, and peer support coordinator. He has been at the forefront of numerous critical incidents, including school shootings, child deaths, and officer-involved shootings. These experiences have profoundly shaped his dedication to improving the resiliency and wellness of first responders.
Driven by this commitment, Jeremy created and managed Iowa’s first public safety Peer Support Program and expanded his model to establish the Peer Support Foundation, where he now serves as president and executive director. He then founded Frontline Results Group, LLC which trains first responders across the country, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to manage the mental health challenges of their work.
Jeremy is a highly regarded speaker on topics such as employee wellness, PTSD, and suicide awareness. He holds a Master’s of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management Administration. He is a graduate of and an instructor for Northwestern University’s School of Police Staff and Command, and a certified FBI Law Enforcement Instructor.
TULLIO PANDULLO

Sergeant Tullio Pandullo retired as an Investigative Police Sergeant with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. He holds a TS/SCI clearance and led a multi-agency Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF). With 27 years of law enforcement experience, Sergeant Pandullo has a proven track record in complex local and international investigations, including counter-terrorism, forgery, narcotics, and auto theft-related crimes.
Sergeant Pandullo directed and managed one of the nation's leading Threat Assessment Threat Management teams. A long-standing member of the American Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) of America, he and his team have garnered local and national recognition for their exceptional work.
Having served the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for over 22 years, Sergeant Pandullo has held positions in numerous specialized units. This diverse experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of various operational methods and the practical knowledge to effectively apply them.
SEAN O'NEILL

Sergeant Sean O'Neill is a seasoned law enforcement professional with the Myrtle Beach Police Department and the Des Moines Police Department, possessing expertise in critical areas like Hostage/Crisis Negotiation and Verbal De-Escalation. He is a highly sought-after speaker and instructor, sharing his knowledge with first responders nationwide. His presentations have graced prestigious platforms such as the Florida Association of Hostage Negotiators Conference and numerous other national conferences. He is affiliated with renowned organizations like the Verbal Judo Institute and Peer Support Foundation, and his EAGLE training program focuses on supporting first responders' mental and emotional well-being.
Sergeant O'Neill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Coastal Carolina University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Upper Iowa University. He has served in various roles, including as a Liaison Officer with the Mobile Crisis Response Team and a Hostage/Crisis Negotiator with the Metro S.T.A.R. Team. Recognized for his exceptional work, he has received numerous accolades and is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences.
JUSTIN SPRAGUE

Justin spent the last 30+ years in the Emergency Services and Safety fields working in Higher Education, Local Cities, and Corporations as a Fire Fighter/EMT, Fire Marshal, Police Officer, and Life Safety & Security Consultant. Justin held the ranks of Fire Captain and Police Sergeant and served as a Hostage Negotiator, Crisis Intervention Officer, and Fire Investigator.
Throughout Justin's career, Justin has been a key player in the pre-planning, risk analysis, traffic management, crowd management, security and life safety management, and overall management of hundreds of special events ranging from small events to events over 150,000 attendees spanning more than 28 years. He has provided services to the Sundance Film Festival and Fortune 500 companies like Google. Justin has focused on innovative ideas that accomplish goals, reduce liability, are cost-effective, and stay within budget.
